Shipping & Return Policy
At Bravo Craft, we want your shopping experience to be simple and transparent. Below you’ll find all important details about shipping, delivery, and returns for both digital products and physical products.
Delivery Area
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only and we do not deliver to PO boxes.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the product and are listed on each product page under Delivery.
In general, orders are delivered within 1–7 business days from dispatch.
Large furniture or bulky items may require additional time.
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.
Delivery Address Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. Bravo Craft cannot be held liable for delays, failed deliveries, or lost items caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Large or Bulky Items
Furniture and larger items are shipped with a special courier.
Deliveries are made to the curbside (street level). You are responsible for moving the goods into your home and unpacking.
If you are not home at the agreed delivery time, re-delivery fees may apply.
Returns & Refunds
You may return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Handcrafted or unique items: Must be returned within 7 days of delivery, as noted on the product page.
Before sending anything back, please contact us at info@bravocraft.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
A free return label is included in every package.
Return Fees
Returns are free of charge.
No additional restocking or return fees apply.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged:

Lost or Stolen Packages
All orders include tracking information.
If your package is lost, we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier. Bravo Craft is not responsible for stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

Legal Notes
Bravo Craft reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these policy requirements.
Orders may be cancelled by Bravo Craft in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, or fulfillment limitations.
Digital Downloads
Instant Access: Digital products are delivered immediately after purchase via email and download link.
File Formats: High-resolution files (JPG, PNG, PDF) are available 24/7.
Final Sale: Due to the nature of digital goods, all digital purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Customer Responsibility: Please make sure to download and securely store your files. Bravo Craft cannot resend or replace files once access has been granted.
