2. Products & Services
Bravo Craft offers a curated range of furniture – including sofas, chairs, tables and storage solutions – as well as home décor, such as lighting, wall art, canvas prints and decorative accessories. All product descriptions, images and prices are provided in good faith but may be updated or changed at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to discontinue or update products at our discretion. Please note that product images are for illustrative purposes only and colours may vary depending on device displays.

3. Orders & Order Process
When you place an order on our website, you will receive an order acknowledgment email confirming we have received your request. This is not an acceptance of your order.
Your order is only accepted once we send you an order confirmation email, at which point a binding contract is formed.
All orders are subject to product availability. If a product is unavailable or sold out, we will inform you as soon as possible.

4. Made to Order Items
Some products may be handcrafted or made to order. These will be clearly marked on the product page along with the expected delivery timeframe. Made-to-order items may require longer delivery times than standard items.

5. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, and UnionPay.
All payments are processed securely through our payment providers. We do not charge additional fees for using your card. Payment must be completed before goods are dispatched. All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include UK VAT and customs duties where applicable.

6. Delivery
We currently deliver only within the United Kingdom. Orders are fulfilled by our trusted logistics and supply partners.
Estimated delivery times and any product-specific terms (including whether an item is standard or made-to-order) are displayed on each product page under Delivery. Delivery times may be affected by public holidays or supplier delays. All prices include UK VAT and import duties, meaning no additional customs fees will apply. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. Bravo Craft cannot be held liable for delays, failed deliveries, or lost items caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

7. Returns & Cancellation
We want you to be fully satisfied with your Bravo Craft purchase.
Standard products: You may cancel or return an order within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Handcrafted or unique items: These may be returned within 7 days of delivery, as specified on the product page.
Before returning any item, you must contact Bravo Craft at info@bravocraft.co.uk receive return instructions. Items returned without prior contact may not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged. A return fee of £9.99 per product applies if an item is returned for reasons such as change of mind, product not as expected, order placed by mistake, or no reason provided. This fee does not apply where the product is faulty, damaged, incomplete, wrongly delivered, or incorrectly described. Exclusions: Digital downloads, custom-made or personalised items, and discounted/sale items marked as Final Sale are non-refundable and non-returnable. Refunds will be processed once the item has been received, inspected, and approved for return. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

8. Damaged or Faulty Products
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us immediately at info@bravocraft.co.uk and provide photographs of the item. We may arrange collection or ask you to return the item. Once inspected, if the item is confirmed as faulty, you will receive a full refund including reasonable return shipping costs.

9. Ownership & Risk
Ownership of products passes to you once full payment has been received. Risk transfers once the products are physically delivered to you.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website – including text, images, product designs, graphics, logos and branding – is the exclusive property of Bravo Craft and is protected by copyright and intellectual property law. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

11. Promotions & Discounts (Fair Use)
From time to time, Bravo Craft may offer promotional codes, discounts or special offers. These are intended for personal use only and may not be transferred, duplicated or misused. We reserve the right to cancel any orders or benefits obtained through dishonest or fraudulent use of promotions.

12. Limitation of Liability
We strive to ensure all information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, Bravo Craft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, services or products, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Bravo Craft shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transport interruptions, supplier delays, customs or border issues, or changes in law or regulation.

All products offered by Bravo Craft are intended for domestic and private use only. If you use the products for commercial, business or resale purposes, Bravo Craft accepts no liability for any loss of profit, business interruption or business opportunity.
